術(shù)語(yǔ)1、安全參數(shù) 一個(gè)安全柵的安全描述,如10V 50Ω 200mA,是指熔斷器熔斷時(shí)端接齊納二極管或正向二極管的電壓,最小的端電阻值和相應(yīng)的最大短路電流。它表示可在危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所產(chǎn)生的故障能量,并非表示工作電壓和端電阻。2、端電阻 指20℃時(shí),一個(gè)安全柵通道的兩個(gè)端子間的電阻,即電阻阻值和熔斷器阻值之和。如果通路中有二極管或三極管,則應(yīng)加上二極管或三極管導(dǎo)通的電壓降。3、工作電壓 20℃時(shí),安全柵危險(xiǎn)區(qū)端子開(kāi)路,漏電流值小于規(guī)定值的情況下,施加給基本安全通路的安全區(qū)端子與地之間,具有適合級(jí)性的最大穩(wěn)定電壓。4、最大電壓 20℃時(shí),熔斷器沒(méi)有被熔斷情況下,連續(xù)施加給安全柵任何通路的安全端子與地之間,具有適合級(jí)性的最大穩(wěn)定電壓。對(duì)基本安全柵而言,這一數(shù)值是指在危 險(xiǎn)區(qū)端子開(kāi)路情況下,當(dāng)有電流流進(jìn)危險(xiǎn)區(qū),則供給安全柵的最大電壓則減小。對(duì)基本安全柵的交流通路和過(guò)壓保護(hù)安全柵的大多數(shù)通路都適用。

Link-Max LM-1C2C電流環(huán)隔離器帶有一路輸入、兩路輸出,三部分完全互相隔離,用戶可方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)將一個(gè)儀表的輸出全隔離地輸出到兩個(gè)儀器。由于輸入輸出通道完全隔離,避免了共模干擾對(duì)測(cè)量精度的影響,也避免了地電位不同對(duì)設(shè)備帶來(lái)的危害。產(chǎn)品達(dá)到滿量程萬(wàn)分之五的精度與線性度,50ppm的溫度系數(shù),能為用戶提供穩(wěn)定而精準(zhǔn)的物理量隔離與轉(zhuǎn)換功能。在某些應(yīng)用中,也許不需要隔離,但儀表的輸出阻抗有限,無(wú)法同時(shí)推動(dòng)數(shù)個(gè)串聯(lián)的儀器,這時(shí)也需要本產(chǎn)品提供阻抗變換。
本產(chǎn)品輸入阻抗低至100歐,可和任何儀表配合,而輸出可推動(dòng)750歐的負(fù)載。如果輸出環(huán)路串接24V電源,可推動(dòng)1350歐的負(fù)載。電流環(huán)安全隔離柵專為儀器儀表工業(yè)應(yīng)用配套設(shè)計(jì)。廣泛應(yīng)用于電力系統(tǒng)、石油化工系統(tǒng)、金屬煤炭礦業(yè)系統(tǒng)、制糖系統(tǒng)和其他工業(yè)環(huán)境。

LM-11是輸入回路取電型,該產(chǎn)品使用時(shí)無(wú)需外接輔助電源,但必須要求前面是有源的設(shè)備,能有4-20mA的電流輸入到本產(chǎn)品的輸入端; 對(duì)于前面是無(wú)源探頭、無(wú)源傳感器、無(wú)源儀表的情況,請(qǐng)選用LM-P11單路隔離配電器或LM-P22雙路隔離配電器,LM-P11/LM-P22是有配電功能的隔離柵或安全柵,除隔離電流環(huán)信號(hào)外還可向輸入回路的無(wú)源傳感器供電。本公司還生產(chǎn)有源多路輸入輸出電流環(huán)分配隔離柵,可應(yīng)用在需要更高精度的地方。如果用戶需要隔離的通道較多,可選擇LM-22雙通道無(wú)源隔離柵安全柵,該產(chǎn)品在一個(gè)機(jī)殼中集成了兩路LM-11,使用戶的安裝密度更高。
