C. Measures for Improving Accuracy

2. 0-10Torr (optional) and 0-1000Torr dual transducers, sectional measurement in pressure range can reduce errors in low vacuum, 0-10Torr silicon thin film transducer is highly accurate than Pirani resistance vacuum gauge (general error is 10%-15%).

磁粉檢測(cè)技術(shù)是最常用的無損檢測(cè)方法之一,它主要檢測(cè)鐵磁性材料表面和近表面的缺陷。表面缺陷的危害性比內(nèi)部缺陷危險(xiǎn)性更大,因此,表面缺陷的檢測(cè)刻不容緩。磁粉檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)的缺陷都是微米級(jí)的缺陷,磁粉照明裝置顯得尤為重要,我公司在原有儀器的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)以往產(chǎn)品的照明部分做了很大的改進(jìn),采用了高亮度LED照明裝置,亮度強(qiáng),不易爆破。其它同類產(chǎn)品均無此功能。本儀器采用可控硅作無觸點(diǎn)開關(guān),噪音小、壽命長(zhǎng)、工作穩(wěn)定,可靠性好,整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)體積小,重量輕,攜帶方便,(A型探頭)。該儀器適用于鐵磁性材料和大型鋼鐵結(jié)構(gòu)件、船體、鍋爐、球罐、角焊縫、壓力容器探傷等。
