RZ8641現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)是針對(duì)電子和通信工程類業(yè)學(xué)生,系統(tǒng)完成《通信原理》等現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)相關(guān)課程實(shí)驗(yàn)門(mén)研制的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。
該實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)主要的特點(diǎn)是系統(tǒng)性強(qiáng),它真實(shí)再現(xiàn)了兩種數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng):信源、信源編碼、數(shù)字調(diào)制(FSK、DPSK、OQPSK)、信道仿真、傳輸、數(shù)字解調(diào)、信源譯碼、信宿的頻帶傳輸過(guò)程;信源、信源編碼、時(shí)分(碼分)復(fù)用、信道編碼(漢明、交織、卷積、循環(huán))、光纖傳輸、幀同步位同步、糾錯(cuò)譯碼、時(shí)分(碼分)解復(fù)接、信源譯碼、信宿的基帶傳輸過(guò)程。
實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)全部采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),各模塊既能完成完整通信系統(tǒng)中對(duì)應(yīng)單元部分實(shí)驗(yàn),又能由學(xué)生用單元模塊構(gòu)建個(gè)完整通信系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn),從而有助于學(xué)生理解通信系統(tǒng)中各要素的作用;實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)把通信系統(tǒng)中涉及的基本電路、終端編譯碼、線路編譯碼、調(diào)制解調(diào)、復(fù)用方式、位同步幀同步、信道傳輸?shù)戎匾睦碚摪才帕讼鄳?yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容;實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)既有基礎(chǔ)性實(shí)驗(yàn),又有采用新技術(shù)新器件(FPGA、DSP)等提高型實(shí)驗(yàn),從而完成個(gè)理論驗(yàn)證性、綜合性、二次開(kāi)發(fā)性,由低向高的系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程。通過(guò)這些實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)軌虼龠M(jìn)學(xué)生對(duì)《通信原理》課程內(nèi)容的理解、掌握,并使學(xué)生對(duì)通信系統(tǒng)、當(dāng)今新技術(shù)、工程實(shí)現(xiàn)有個(gè)較全面的了解。系統(tǒng)采用“主板+實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)K”相結(jié)合的靈活結(jié)構(gòu),便于學(xué)校選擇。

一體化超小型模塊,通用性強(qiáng)。二線制4~20mADC輸出。傳輸距離遠(yuǎn),抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。冷端、溫漂、非線性自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償。測(cè)量精度高,長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性好。溫度模塊內(nèi)部采用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂澆注工藝,適應(yīng)于各種惡劣和危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所使用。一體化設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理,可直接替換普通裝配式熱電偶、熱電阻。采用熱電偶溫變,可免用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線,降低成本。液晶、數(shù)碼管、指針等多種指示功能方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)適時(shí)監(jiān)控。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境溫度>70℃時(shí),變送器和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顯示儀可采用分離(隔離)式安裝。防爆等級(jí): dIIBT4、dIIBT5防護(hù)等級(jí): IP54

l 帶熱電偶(阻)、溫度變送器由熱電偶或熱電阻和變送器部件組成。
l 熱電偶包括熱電偶元件、保護(hù)管、接線盒等主要部份;兩者的接線盒和保護(hù)管相同。
l 熱電偶元件由鎧裝熱電偶組成;熱電阻元件由鎧裝鉑電阻組成。
l 保護(hù)管:要求耐高溫、耐磨蝕、能承受溫度急劇變化,有良好的氣密性及足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,現(xiàn)采用兩種不同牌號(hào)的不銹鋼管制成。
l 接線盒用鋁合金制成,為防水式,防護(hù)等級(jí)IP65。
l 變送器部件:由殼體、蓋板、電路板、接線柱等組成,用硅橡膠澆封方法使用電子元件密封在殼體內(nèi),因此不可拆卸。
